Any executed agreement between TrendyWorx and the Partner shall explicitly define, including but not limited to: • Roles and responsibilities of each party • Order volumes, production schedules, and delivery timelines • Pricing structure, margins, and payment terms • Confidentiality and data protection obligations • Quality standards, audits, and compliance requirements • Intellectual property ownership and usage rights • Termination conditions and exit procedures • Dispute resolution mechanisms and governing law Until such agreement is executed, TrendyWorx is under no obligation to share proprietary materials (including tech packs), issue purchase orders, or initiate production.
